Loffiewholesale.com is not open to the general public because it is a wholesale online store. To ensure optimum customer protection, we have the registration procedure for wholesale buyers which allows you to purchase the products for resale purposes only.

How Can I Create an Account?

Please follow the steps below:

  • Click “Create Account”
  • Fill out the application
  • Select "Register"

For successful registration, please make sure that all the documents submitted match with your business name and address. Your membership will be confirmed within 1 to 2 business days in order for you to have full access to shop all of our latest collections.

After reviewing your registration application, we allow you to have full access to loffiewholesale.com. However, your request can also be denied under the circumstances of incomplete requirements.

What is the Minimum Order Purchase?

You can place a minimum order of $750 (excluding VAT) from our website. Also, you can order as many different products as you desire without having to worry about the minimum unit purchase requirement per product.

 

Can I Track My Order?

 Yes, you can track your order by entering your email and order number here.

 

What is Pre-Order & How Do They Work?

A pre-order is when a customer places an order for the item that is currently not available in stock. For this matter, we will hold the customer's purchase until we have the required item in stock, which is then dispatched to the customer.

 

Can You Hold My Merchandise That is in Stock Until I'm Ready To Recieve It?

No, we don’t hold ordered items that are ready to ship. This is because our inventory is continously changing, therefore, we suggest that you take hold of your product as soon as it is purchased.

 

Can I Change Or Cancel My Order? 

Unfortunately, no. Because we are constantly trying to deliver products to our customers as quickly as possible, no changes or cancellations can be made once they’ve been handled. We accept payments through credit & debit cards and there are NO additional charges if you pay through a credit card. We DO NOT accept money orders, checks or cash on delivery (COD).

 

When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?

After reviewing your order and the availability of your desired product(s), we will send you a confirmation email that includes shipping costs. At this point, after successfully processing your credit card information, we will dispatch your order.

What is Your Jewelry Made of?

Loffie jewelry pieces are composed of 18k filled gold. A thick layer of gold is wrapped around a base metal of brass, which means our products are designed to last longer (durable) and sit comfortably on the skin.

 

Where is Your Jewelry Made?

Loffie jewelry pieces are made in Brazil.

How Do I Take Care of My Jewelry?

Please avoid getting your jewelry wet and remove before applying lotion, perfume or hairspray to maintain the true luster of your jewels and help prolong its life. Store in a dark, cool and dry place to avoid humidity and heat in order to keep your pieces tarnish free.  

 

How Do I Clean My Jewelry?

To keep your pieces looking their best, gently clean the surface with a soft toothbrush and mild soap water. You can also use a clean, soft cloth included with your purchase to polish your gold-filled pieces.

 

Do You Have a Warranty?

Yes, we do offer a one-year warranty if any damage to the material occurs or in case of a manufacturing defect. Please note that the warranty does not cover scratches that come from normal wear and tear, negligence, lack of regular maintenance, loss or theft.
